Real Estate Is My Business - my only Business, and I love what I do!

I am a professional REALTOR® licensed with the Victoria Real Estate Board. As an active member of the Multiple Listing Service®, I cooperate fully with brokers and other agents to ensure maximum marketing exposure for properties I am selling and to access information on all available homes for buyers that I represent. Thanks to a father who loved buying and selling properties, I have lived in nearly every municipal area of Victoria as a boy, and know Victoria inside and out.

I am a self-described people person who worked for many years as a professional tour guide, showcasing Victoria to tens of thousands of international visitors. My core values of openness and positivity served me quite well over the course of this wonderful career. By my late thirties, I was ready for a new challenge and so returned to UVIC to pursue an Undergraduate degree, during which time I was awarded the Millennium Scholarship for Academic Excellence and Community Involvement by Lt. Governor Iona Campagnolo. I am a strong proponent of lifelong learning, and participate regularly in ongoing training through the Victoria Real Estate Board. My hobbies include improvisational comedy, acting for film and television, and any vehicle with two wheels! I am also a husband and father; I love my two nutbars!
